Plot: After Smithers turns down a job offer from some shady organization they turn to the next longest-employed power plant workerHomer Simpson. Moving to a new town, Homer finally gets a friendly and sympathetic boss in Hank Scorpiowho turns out to be a super villain intent on world domination.
Best Gag: They come thick and fast, from the very first gag (Smithers: ''What's wrong with this country! Can't a man walk down the street without being offered a job!!'') to a conversation about hammocks, Homer taking down James Bond, Tom Landry's hat (Homer: ''I can't buy that. Only management guys with big salaries like me can afford that...guys like me! I'm a guy like me!'') deciding which country to blow up, France or Italy (Scorpio: ''Ha nobody ever says Italy!'') the government led attack on Scorpio's compound (Scorpio: ''Homer, on your way out, if you wanna kill somebody, it would help a lot'') and Scorpio's parting gift to Homer, the Denver Broncos.
