Rather than a spoof of a specific movie, You Only Move Twice casts Homer as an unwitting background player in a Bond film, and so has several memorable moments where it lampoons the long-running franchise.

Despite all the evidence, Homer is oblivious to the fact that his new boss, the easy-going Hank Scorpio (Al Brooks' best guest performance on the show), is actually a megalomaniacal supervillain. He even has an underground base just like Blofeld in You Only Live Twice.

The best spoof of the episode, though, is probably when Homer walks in on Scorpio torturing a certain British spy by sending a laser between his legs - a la Goldfinger. He gets free but Homer is on hand to tackle him and the unfortunate spy ends up shot!
