4. Reginald Is An... Alien?

As The Umbrella Academy spent the 10-episode season in the past, their father, Sir Reginald Hargreeves, was still very much alive. Not only did that mean the gang were able to rely on his expertise when it came to time-travel, it meant that we got a chance to see him in a more constant role than we did before.

This also allowed us to see a different side to the eccentric billionaire who bought his future children for their super powers, as he cared for a baby Pogo and seemingly had a real relationship with Grace (who is apparently the woman who inspired the robot he creates in the future).

His most shocking moment? Well that came when he literally ripped off his face and attacked the other members of the Majestic 12 for killing President Kennedy. Though we weren't privy to the face under the face, it sure as heck made it look like old Reggie is actually an alien.
