The Walking Dead: 10 Awesome Comic Book Characters Who Need To Appear
10. The Whisperers
The Whisperers are a pretty new addition to the roster of Walking Dead villains, but an extremely creepy and exciting one. The most important thing to know about them is that they are a group of survivors who, in order to blend in, disguise themselves in the skins of roamers (walkers on the show). Even worse is that they do not even try to kill the undead; rather they live peacefully amongst them, and their targets are innocent humans. One survivor had a terrifying encounter with the group, as when on his way back to camp he believed the zombies were talking to him. Instead, it was the Whisperers (hence the name). They might be a little way off yet, but they would be really quite different to any of the other groups we've encountered so far, and would look great - in a totally gross sort of way - on the series.
