The sanctuary for all claiming to provide community for all known as Terminus seemed too good to be true when it was first brought up, leading many fans' suspicions that it wasn't all it was cracked up to be to be confirmed as Rick, Daryl, Michonne, and Carl arrived only to be herded like cattle through the complex, stripped of their weapons, and locked inside a train car.

When the fifth season hit, the show wasted no time in revealing that the Terminus game were, in fact, cannibals, with a well-oiled routine down of luring people in only to bash them over the head and bleed them out. But thanks to Carol going full Rambo, Rick and the group were able to turn the tables on their captors and escape, leaving Terminus to burn and those left alive to die by a walker herd.

It didn't take long, however, for several survivors, including the sanctuary's leader Gareth, to assemble and go on the hunt to make Rick's group pay for the destruction of their home. The Hunters ultimately discovered that Bob tasted even better than they thought he would - before finding out he was tainted meat, of course - and happily rattled the cages of the group, but blindly fell into a trap in Gabriel's church where they were subsequently slaughtered once and for all.
