1. Maggie Needs A Greater Purpose

Maggie is a good character, and a seemingly good person. She's a perfect balance between knowing what has to be done in order to survive, and being compassionate towards others. She's one of the most reasonable members of the whole series, but she's being wasted right now. In Season 5, she took a diplomatic back seat. In Season 6, she's been relegated to watching over the unstable Deanna. They're important jobs, but they're not using Maggie's potential. If Deanna does die soon, Maggie needs to make a push to become the leader of the group. Yes, Rick has the edge when it comes to all-out combat, but Maggie could unite the group. It would be amazing to see her take charge of things, and would be a refreshing shift for the group. The big, blunt questions are: Will any of that happen? And ultimately if not, what's the point of Maggie still being around?
