9. Jacqui
Seen in Season 1, she was often mistaken for being T-Dogs mum; shes wasn't his mother but she shared his non-personality. A show like The Walking Dead needs a cast that is diverse in age; it would be pretty dull if everybody was a teenager. If a zombie apocalypse ever did occur (it could happen), there would be people of all ages and abilities that are forced to work together, so it was nice to see characters like Jacqui and Dale in the mix. But where Dale was a fully functioning member of the group, Jacqui did nothing. She had no storyline to speak off and rarely said or contributed anything of vital importance. At the end of the first season, she got involved in a bit of drama, and by drama I mean she decided to totally give up on trying to be a significant character and killed herself in the CDC.
