The Walking Dead: 10 Characters Who'll Survive Until The End

With upcoming roles in Marvel’s Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War as Okoye, Danai Gurira’s acting career outside of The Walking Dead is definitely on the rise, and with another as-yet-untitled Avengers movie in the works fans have been fearing that Gurira’s movie work may take her away from the show.

But fear not, Michonne fans: it’s not yet confirmed that Gurira will be returning as Okoye in the Avengers movie that comes after Infinity War and even if she does, the film is being partly shot in Atlanta so it wouldn’t take her too far from her regular gig on the show.

Real world concerns aside, Michonne is far too badass a character to kill off. She’s come a long way since her first appearance with her pet walkers in Season 2 and though she’s softened somewhat on her Walking Dead journey she’s still the best katana-wielding warrior this side of the apocalypse.

Basically, please don’t leave us Danai.
