9. Patrick
Remember this dweeby kid? He caused absolute carnage in the prison and left a lasting mark on season four.
Patrick was a delicate soul that was never meant to live in such a cruel world. It was a miracle that he lasted as long as he did: two full episodes.
He was a nice guy that Rick hoped would influence Carl and make him less of a psychopath. Patrick referred to Daryl as sir and would often frequent reading club. An all round nice guy, he was even seen playing with Lego in a flashback. The intentions were there for Rick but Carl was too far gone by that point.
Patrick fell ill towards the end of the first episode of season four. He contracted an unknown illness, which we later found out was the flu. It would become an illness that tormented the prison for a prolonged period of time.
After turning, Patrick caused a killing frenzy within the cell blocks. The bloodbath wasn't his fault but it came at a very annoying time. The group were settled and there were no major incidents reported for a while. So, apologies Patrick but you will find no sympathy here.
