2. Rick Rejects Lori Memorial (And His Own Baby)

Rick's response to Lori's death and the birth of Judith is detached, cold, and generally confused. He's got no idea how to process the information, so he simply doesn't address the situation and goes about as normal, finding tasks to take his mind to a whole new place. Rick's unhinged and that makes him dangerous.

Here we see the group discussing how he's handling it all, before outlining plans for a memorial. Rick declines. Beth also offers up his baby, but one again, Rick declines. It's a striking scene, and while there were similar moments that made the cut, this is one that could've slotted into the final version of an episode easily.
