The Walking Dead:10 Important Things To Remember Before Season 8

Death is so common in The Walking Dead that it can be difficult to keep track.

Of course, the latest to get the chop was Sasha, who was the big end-of-season casualty to add to the loss of Glenn and Abraham in the terrifying season seven opener.

The Alexandria community also watched on helplessly as The Saviours killed Olivia and Spencer, signalling the end of the Monroe family that originally created the safe zone. Two of the most recognisable faces in The Kingdom also died - Benjamin and Richard.

Negan burned Dr. Emmet Carson alive, believing him to have helped set Daryl free (replacing him with Dr. Carson the second, who was treating a pregnant Maggie at Hilltop) and killed another one of his own men - David - when he caught him trying to rape Sasha.

Daryl beat Fat Joey to death while escaping from The Sanctuary, while Michonne pushed high-profile Saviour Farron off a roof in a dramatic climax to the battle at Alexandria.

That’s just about that; everybody else from season seven is alive. But for how long?
