Like pretty much every other major show looking to cash in on its immense popularity, The Walking Dead has its own board game, but hold onto your hats, what if the entire show IS a table top RPG game? Because that's a natural thing that regular, sane people clearly believe... Another Reddit oracle of wisdom has imparted the suggestion that each character is a piece on a game board being controlled by a player in the real world and The Walking Dead is a mere dramatisation of events happening in a darkened dining room in some guy's house. It's a long read full of wacky thoughts, with some of the highlights being that Sasha's player goes off XPing on zombies rather than achieving the missions, Lori is an NPC who's sole job is to make Rick look unstable, and Andrea was a character who got bored half way through and decided to go AWOL. While the theory is compelling and ridiculous in equal amounts, the one certainty is that the Reddit user behind it has far too much time on their hands.
