The Walking Dead: 10 Major Predictions For The Rest Of Season 6

1. Negan Will Kill Someone (But It Won't Be Glenn)

The man everyone's been waiting for since The Governor departed a second time, Negan is coming to The Walking Dead this year. Played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Watchmen), he's the foul-mouthed, toilet-humoured, baseball bat swinging sociopath that stands as the biggest and baddest villain the comics have introduced, and the same should go for the show. We've already had a brief look at his group, The Saviours, but the party don't start 'til he walks in. That, however, isn't likely to happen before the Season 6 finale. But what a moment that will be. A quick introduction, and then play out one of the most infamous scenes from the comics: the killing of a major character thanks to Lucille, his trusty bat. In the comics, it's Glenn who meets this fate. However, he's already 'died' once this season, so they may not want to kill him off again. Certainly doing so makes the whole fakeout thing even more senseless. So, unless they did just bring Glenn back to lure us all into a false sense of security, someone else has to step into the breach. Who could it be? Only a few characters are big enough for it to carry the required impact, and it certainly isn't going to be Rick. I'd also rule out Michonne and Maggie. Carol, maybe. Morgan perhaps. Or, if they really wanted to cause a shock, Daryl. They wouldn't, would they? What do you expect to happen once The Walking Dead returns? Let us know in the comments.
