The Walking Dead: 10 Most Pointless Characters

This is by far the most controversial character on this list.

Maggie was introduced in Season 2 from the farm, and quickly became a love interest for Glenn, later marrying him. And that's pretty much it. Her entire personality is that she was Glenn's wife, and that Glenn died.

While her hating Negan for killing Glenn is obvious and understandable, she conveniently forgets that her entire family died, as Hershel and Beth are never really brought up again like her late husband is.

She wasn't a particularly believable leader of Hilltop, as characters like Jesus could have easily taken the reigns at the time. Her war on Rick never really went anywhere, and Lauren Cohan left the show for Whiskey Cavalier (which failed), then returned as a deus ex machina to save Gabriel at the end of Season 10.

Hopefully she gets something to do in Season 11.
