It's been a while since the group were faced with a genuine figurehead villain, going all the way back to The Governor and Woodbury. Without spoiling anything, Negan is a brutal, dominant, menacing leader, yet he's full of dark humour. If Morgan nails the performance, we're all in for an absolute treat, though the same cannot be said for Rick and the Survivors.
