9. The Gardeners All Survived

If you're a gardener, you're in luck. If the world is ever overthrown by flesh-eating zombies, they won't bother going for you. They clearly need somebody to keep the plants watered, hedges trimmed and grass cut. That's the only explanation as to why many of the locations around Georgia have all been kept in very neat condition considering humanity has all-but-ended. The prison is one example, but others come from when Rick and Carol go scavenging for resources around the neighbourhood where they find Sam and Ana. The gardens look perfect despite the apocalypse being in full flow. It's not as major problem, but it does take some of the shine off.
