7. Lilly

Lilly is Tara's sister. She welcomed The Governor into her house as he hid his identity, and along with her daughter Meghan, they went on the move. The Governor protected the pair, as feelings grew. For the safety of her daughter, Lilly goes along with The Governor's plan to take the prison, though his lack of protection sees Meghan killed by a walker. The Governor, back in a position of authority, swiftly puts a bullet through Meghan's head to prevent reanimation and a shocked Lilly realises her mistake of trusting him. Lilly puts a bullet through The Governor's head after Michonne left him dying, before offering herself up to the walkers, committing suicide.
