The Episode: 30 Days Without an Accident

How It Happened: Patrick was the first victim of the mysterious illness that ravaged the prison in the early episodes of the fourth season. After dropping dead in the showers, he reanimated in the middle of the night and began wandering the prison, an event that claimed even more lives.

Why It Was Great: The illness was mysterious and sudden, as well as a threat like none the group had faced to date, and Patrick's demise was a great way to introduce both the characters and the audience to it and kick off the season in surprising fashion.
