In one fell swoop during the sixth season's midseason premiere, the Anderson clan was wiped out when the youngest, Sam, decided to have an emotional breakdown in the middle of the walker horde.
He was immediately set upon by walkers, causing a distraught Jessie to be torn into as well, only for Ron to finally draw a gun on Rick - who had hacked Jessie's arm to save Carl - and get Michonne's katana through him as a reward.
13. Noah

Noah had only been around for a handful of episodes before Nicholas impatience led to his death in the fifth season, but considering how big an impact his death had, it felt as though hed been around for far longer.
Absolutely unrelenting, his final moments with Glenn forced to watch contain some of the most graphic violence on the show, with Noah being viciously torn apart in ways that left viewers thoroughly stunned and distressed.
