12. Spencer Monroe
Spencer didn't have a great time during his run on the show. Losing his brother, father and mother in less than a full season, he was quite bitter by his story's end and tried to usurp Rick as the leader of Alexandria during their dealings with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
Negan didn't like this idea, so, in a moment taken right from the comics, he was disemboweled and left to turn by the enigmatic villain.
After reanimating, he was killed by an angry Rick and later buried.
