9. Why Spencer? WHY?

And the award for the most pointless, annoying, unnecessary, useless, cowardly, foolish, idiotic character is... Spencer. I've never sat in front of a television screen and repeated: "Why?" so many times in my life. Every single thing he does is baffling, and ultimately, somebody's going to suffer. Whether he does something stupid to get another person killed, or manages to die himself, it'll tear a rejuvenated Deanna apart. The question is: How will his storyline come to an end? You'd expect that the mid-season would see his demise, and if not, The Walking Dead would be wasting its time developing a character we're already sick of.
