The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Things Episode 11 Got Right
The perfect setup for a (surely) spectacular entrance.
Who says The Walking Dead has to butcher a cartload of people in order to create drama? Sure, we all love the mayhem, with the mid-season premiere proving to be one of the show's finest episodes in recent times, but all-out action isn't missed when the story is being driven forward in a definitive direction. Episode 11 wasn't all-guns-blazing, nor was it jam-packed with the undead, in fact they barely featured at all. However, it was a crucial episode for a variety of reasons, adding some fantastic political themes to the show, an aspect that has usually been washed over by gallons of fake blood. New characters emerged, an entirely fresh location has been unearthed, and the framework for Episodes 12-16 has been pencilled into fans' minds. I wasn't entirely sold on the 'too soon' Episode 10, but 'Knots Untie' has dragged me right back into The Walking Dead as its rebirth process continues.
