The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Things Episode 4 Got Right

9. Change Of Pace

The first three episodes would've put such a demand on the fake blood factory that Episode 4 simply couldn't maintain that level of red. In my eyes, it's been a phenomenal start to Season 6, with three episodes that have brought varying styles of carnage to the table. First, huge-scale disaster. Second, frantic slaughter. Third, jaw-dropping shocker. Episode 4 took the show in an entirely new direction, and the breather was a welcome break. The episode felt full, despite the significant drop in chaos and nerve-jangling moments that make us question why we invest so much time into characters who will be eliminated freely. The story-telling and acting came to the fore, and it was great to see.
