2. Rick Shouting?

There was a shout at the end of Episode 4, but who's was it? For me, it could only be Rick, and that would guarantee that he gets out of the sticky situation he's currently in. You'd expect him to anyway, but that one detail seems to confirm he made it through in tact. It was also confirmed by closed captioning/subtitles during the episode which highlighted the shouting came from Rick. That seems pretty definitive to me, but how urgent is the need to open up the gates? Who's he with? And what state is he in?
