The Walking Dead Season 6: 7 Reasons That Character Is Still Alive

6. The Dumpster

Another clue regarding the death scene takes place when the camera switches to the pull-away aerial shot. As we look down upon the sea of walkers clawing and tearing at their meal, we see that there are only a few inches between Glenn€™s head and the bottom of the dumpster he and Nicholas fell off. The (hopeful) theory among fans is that, while lying beneath Nicholas€™ body, Glenn was somehow able to slide underneath the dumpster and wiggle out of reach of the zombies, remaining there until they either got bored and shambled along somewhere else, or someone was able to rescue him. This one is a little far-fetched as most dumpsters don€™t provide much space between their bottom and the ground, so even someone as small as Glenn would have a hard time wedging himself in that gap. However if the walkers were eating Nicholas instead of Glenn, it would make sense that he€™d have to seek refuge quickly before they sunk their teeth into him as well. Another addition to this theory is the fact that the season six trailer shows Maggie and Aaron roaming through what appears to be a sewer. Maybe there was a manhole nearby?
