Is it possible to have 'fun' in The Walking Dead? Rick comes perilously close to actually cracking a joke after the group first meets Gregory. In an attempt to assert some power and authority, the boss insists that Rick and the gang must tidy themselves up before they're allowed to talk. Rick uncharacteristically backs down and follows the orders, but on the way up the stairs, there's a subtle conversation with Maggie that suggests he's anything but amused. "You clean up first, you talk to him." "Why?" "I shouldn't..." This exchange is also followed up by: "You better start doing these things," directed at Maggie. Has a conversation taken place to suggest Maggie has been earmarked for handling the politics of the apocalypse?
