Giovanni Ribisi has developed a reputation as an excellent character actor over the last 10-15 years, appearing in the likes of Avatar, Gangster Squad, and Selma. Still, his best known role is probably that as Frank Jr., Phoebe's younger brother, on Friends.

He appeared in eight episodes in total as the character, starting in The One With The Bullies, and making his last appearance seven years later in The One Where Ross Is Fine. The most notable aspect of the character was that he was the father of his sister's babies, as Phoebe carried children for him and Alice as they were unable to have kids.

However, before he turned up as Frank Jr., he had already made one appearance on the show, as an extra who drops a condom into Phoebe's guitar case, and later goes back to retrieve it (wonderfully credited as 'Condom Boy' on IMDB). You could theorise that this was actually Frank Jr. back then, as the two wouldn't have known each other, but when he and Phoebe do actually meet he tells her that it's his first time in New York.
