Tiger King: Where Are They Now?
1. Joseph Allan Maldonado Aka. "Joe Exotic"
Everyone's favourite gay, tiger-owning, redneck, Joe Exotic has become one of the world's most famous people. From being one of the focal questions at President Donald Trump's daily addresses to having thousands of people imitating his iconic look, Joe has finally got the fame and recognition he had been craving his whole life.
Joe was arrested on September 7th 2018 and sentenced for two counts of murder for hire and eight violations of the Lacey Act and nine violations of the Endangered Species Act, resulting in a sentence of up to 22 years. On January 22nd, he was moved to FMC Fort Worth prison when some of the inmates at his County jail began showing some of the symptoms related to COVID-19 and, since March 2020, has begun launching a series of lawsuits against the United States Federal Government, as well as his former business partner, Jeff Lowe.
Claiming that Lowe had replaced his medication with illegal drugs and then gone onto destroy his property, Joe is also on the hunt for $94 million from the United States Fish and Wildlife Service and $15 million for the loss of his tigers. In true Exotic style, he plans to represent himself in the lawsuit and earn himself an official pardon from President Trump.
