3. Jeff Lowe
It's weird to think that the guy who brought down a guy facing twenty-two years in prison could be considered the bad guy and villain in a series, but that seems to be the world Jeff Lowe is living in these days.
Having been introduced in the series as a friend, business associate and saviour for Joe, Jeff Lowe first visited GW Park in 2015 when looking to purchase a cub. When Joe filed for bankruptcy, Jeff took over the park and effectively began the Tiger King's demise. Working with James Garretson, Jeff became an informant for the FBI and played a crucial role in gathering the evidence that would lead to his arrest.
With a track record of questionable opinions and attitudes towards big cats and the role of women in society, Jeff hasn't been able to keep away from the limelight following the series. Vocal about the remaining mysteries surrounding Joe Exotic, Jeff still owns GW Park, which he has since renamed Greater Wynnewood Animal Park, his and his wife's social media pages indicate the potential for more and more expansion in the future.
