Titans Season 2: 6 Ups & 3 Downs From Aqualad

1. Aqualad

It might seem a little predictable to put the eponymous character atop this review, but it really should be said that Aqualad was a solid addition to the team.

From his boyish good looks to his undeniable charm, Drew Van Acker added the youthful vibe that the twenty-and-thirty-something-actors-playing-teenagers really needed (ironic since he is actually 33) and, in spite of the fact that this was his first (and perhaps only) appearance, he fitted into the already well-oiled machine of the Titans cast incredibly well - sharing strong on-screen chemistry with Conor Leslie's Donna Troy and Alan Ritchson's Hank Hall.

Aqualad had an easier transition into the team than some of the other characters, and he made the show feel like the Titans show that we all wanted from the DC Universe in the first place. If only he was able to stick around for longer.
