Boardwalk Empire has as much buzz as any mini-series I can remember seeing in a long time. Even more so than
The Pacific, I'd say, which can no longer dubbed the t.v. event of the year.

Steve Buscemi as Nucky Thompson. He is the ruler of Atlantic City, half politican/half gangster - making his city the center for booze, gambling and prostitution during prohibition.
