Twin Peaks Reboot: 10 Biggest Rumours You Need To Know

9. Bob Will Return

A 25 year-long gap between the second and third season means that some characters simply won't be able to appear. Either they're too old to be convincing, or they're simply not interested. In spite of this, almost all of the (living) cast members have at least expressed an interest in reprising their role. Initially appearing only in the psychic visions of other characters, Bob was one of the creepiest elements of an already creepy show. So when Frank Silva, the actor who portrayed Bob on screen, died back in 1995 it seemed that any future Twin Peaks would be missing one of its scariest characters. But anything is possible in a show as weird as Twin Peeks. Whether Bob is real, imaginary, or something supernatural has never been adequately explained in the show. But from camera trickery to simply recasting the role, it's hard to imagine the show without such an integral figure putting in an appearance at some point.

With a (nearly) useless degree in English literature and a personal trainer qualification he's never used, Freddie spends his times writing things that he hopes will somehow pay the rent. He's also a former professional singer, and plays the saxophone and ukulele. He's not really used to talking about himself in the third person, and would like to stop now, thanks.
