The Walking Dead: 5 Characters From The Comics Who Should Be In The TV Show

1. Negan

With the Governor recently revealed to be lurking near the prison, there's no chance we'll be meeting Negan until the one-eyed menace is taken care of. The second main adversary in the series, Negan is an absolute b**tard, to put it bluntly. He's the leader of a group calling themselves The Saviours, and Negan is a brutal foe with a delicious fetish for gruesome violence. A bully with a God-complex, Negan terrorises other groups and Safe-Zones, offering them protection from the undead in exchange for food and supplies. If they don't comply? Well, he's armed with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire, who he affectionately names Lucille (the crazy son of a...), so you're not going to say no to this man. Negan causes all manner of problems for the gang, with a bitter battle looming that's still on-going in the comic series to date. But it's in issue 100 that he cemented his place as a real hard-core wrong 'un, asserting himself when he introduced Lucille to Glenn's face. Repeatedly. Until there was nothing left but pulp. To put it another way, he killed Glenn, and he did it horrifically. When he's eventually introduced, he'll make the Governor look like a pansy. Whereas the Governor had the gift of the gab, giving the impression of a respectable and honourable man, Negan is the complete opposite: crude, rude and... just not a very nice guy, really. With his army of Saviours and intense streak of violence without reasoning, Negan is a deadly antagonist that will be fascinating to see played out in the series opposite Rick and the group. Exciting times ahead! Who do you want to see introduced? Leave your comments below!

Steven feels like a sociopath writing a bio about himself in third person, but it feels kind of nice, and he's sure he'll get used to it.
