The Walking Dead Infected Michonne will go to Macon, GA and reveal her past.. The fences will not hold due to high levels of zombies. A disease will kill. And Rick's choices will come back to haunt him. We already know what's "going to happen", because of the great overpowering foreshadowing. Foreshadowing is a spectacular tool because it doesn't give away what exactly will occur, it leads you in a focused direction, with surprises galore along the way. And it's something The Walking Dead was missing before. Scott Gimple is the reason for this. He was the writer of the best Walking Dead episode since the pilot in Clear. He knows drama, suspense and how to lead an audience along, while they are still super excited. Unlike season 2, which meandered along on the farm, season 4 has a direction.
