The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale: 10 Things That Must Happen

2. Daryl Will Kill A Member Of Joe's Gang

Daryl isn't exactly in a happy place right now. He was separated from Beth after walkers invaded the funeral home they were staying in, after they had just established a more personal connection and gotten to know each other better. And after he was unable to catch up to the car presumably carrying Beth as it sped away from the funeral home, Daryl just walked around for a while, eventually falling asleep on the road. He is awoken by Joe, the leader of a group of tough-looking men who have some familiar faces. It was this same group who raided the house Rick, Carl and Michonne had been staying at, leading to one of the best sequences in all of Season 4 with Rick trapped under a bed to avoid being seen by them. We know from what we saw in that episode that these are violent men, which is pretty clear when two of the men get into a fight over something as inconsequential as who gets to lie on that bed Rick had been hiding under. We already know Daryl doesn't like to take orders unless they're from Rick, and you can bet that he won't be content to stick around with these men for much longer so that he can find Beth. Daryl attempting to leave the group will most likely lead to a violent confrontation, and the result will probably be one of Joe's men dead at the hands of Daryl.
