WandaVision Ep 1 & 2 - Easter Eggs You Missed

For episode 2’s talent show, Wanda and Vision put together a little magic act intending to wow the locals with some wholesome fun. After accidentally swallowing some gum, however, Vision gets his gears all in a lock which results in him becoming reckless with his abilities, acting with drunken abandon.

Wanda, wanting the locals to think that they’re a normal couple with nothing out of the ordinary about them, has to come up with ways of ‘revealing’ that the things Vision does are just illusions.

Their stage names may seem inconspicuous enough but are actually references to some lesser known Marvel characters first seen in the comics as early as 1986. Ilya and Glynis Zarkov are stage magicians who go by the names of Illusion and Glamour. Thing is: they actually have powers and each of their tricks is as real as it can get, but out of fear of repercussions from bigoted neighbours they insisted their tricks were 100% trickery.
