WandaVision Episode 5: 8 Biggest Questions We Need Answering

When Monica came back out of Westview after her brief stint as Geraldine, having been launched from the town by Wanda, naturally her colleagues were more than a little concerned about her well-being. The effects of the Hex were still unknown, so she was sent straight to get checked out.

She seemed, on the face of it, to have come out unscathed. She got right back to work, trying to figure out what exactly was going on with Jimmy and Darcy, and was even keen to get back into the town as soon as possible.

However, the doctor that was looking over her did have to ask for another brain scan and another sample of blood when everything came back blank. This is a detail that was never revisited for the rest of the episode, but would surely be a cause for concern for Monica and those around her.

Without actually seeing any of these results, there is no way of knowing if there is any actual permanent, lasting damage done to Monica's brain. Not only would this put the SWORD agent at risk, but every single person currently in Westview.

Possibly more pressing is: Why could nothing be seen? What has happened to Monica, or what has Wanda done to her that would make her brain impossible to see into?
