5. Wanda Is Losing Control

WandaVision Vision Episode Seven
Disney+

We already knew that Wanda would have some complications with her invented reality, with shots in the trailers displaying her furniture changing between all the previous iterations.

However, in the latest episode of WandaVision, we began to witness Wanda's control faltering to a larger extent. We start to see the furniture, decorations and even animals change and develop in the Maximoff house, as Wanda slowly loses power over her Hex.

Her ability to manipulate reality seems to be dwindling, especially with the reveal we received later in the episode...

The series started out with Wanda being in full control of Westview. She controlled the minds of the residents, she decided what the audience saw and she kept Vision alive... or so we thought.

Did Wanda ever truly have control? It seems as though she began to concede power as the episodes have progressed, with more going wrong for her in each instalment.

Her lack of strength and command over what is happening in her own home is a clear reference to the fact that she is not the real mastermind of Westview.

Someone else is at the reins...
