Based on the sheer amount of times he has died throughout the multiverse, could it be that Tony Stark’s death is an Absolute Point as well? Loki and Vision have typically been the kings of the death scene throughout the MCU, but thanks to What If…?, Iron Man is now right up there with them.

In episode three, Tony was killed by Hank Pym. In episode five he became a zombie and was decapitated by Hope. In episode six he was saved by Killmonger only to be killed by Killmonger at a later date, and in episode eight he was killed by Ultron. Add that to the sacrifice he made in the main MCU continuity, and so far Tony has only appeared in one universe without subsequently dying in it, and that is no guarantee that he wouldn't eventually die there either.
