6. The Team Has Split
From a teaser clip released from Season 3, we see Dick Grayson in the guise of Nightwing sporting slick new stealth-gear and conducting a mission against Meta-Human trafficking.
His threads look like some new covert ops-type gear, so it's possible he's working for a Government run program. Otherwise, it's possible that he's broken from the team and decided to operate solo. Leaked art has, however, shown teammates Artemis and Superboy decked in similar gear - so he might not be alone either then.
It's quite possible that the older members and younger ones have split into two different factions, giving the subtitle of Outsiders more fuel in its meaning.
This was later elaborated on in 2017 at a Comic-Con Panel when the Young Justice team roster for the upcoming season did not feature any of the older members (although they will still be a big part of the show).
