While Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is forever one suave son of a gun these days, one particular picture of the young People’s Champion is a consistent source of mockery and fun – and now that picture has been given its own giant parade float.

In order to promote the Young Rock comedy series that’s in development, NBC gave the infamous Fanny Pack Rock its own float at Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade yesterday. And let's just say, it was absolutely glorious!

Johnson himself was quick to chime in and show some love for this genius piece of marketing.

Young Rock is currently shooting in Australia, with the show to centre of Dwayne Johnson running for President in 2032 and reflecting back on various periods and parts of his fascinating life. All delivered with a humourous slant, Young Rock will spotlight Johnson’s early years growing up in the wrestling business, his rebellious teenage years, his college and football years, and plenty more.

The current plan is for Young Rock to premiere on NBC at some point next year, although an exact premiere date has yet to be formally announced.
