4. The Calm Before The Storm
Love her or hate her but you can't deny the importance of Rose Tyler in the Doctor's life, and in Doctor Who canon in general.
She was the one who pulled him out of despair after the Time War, and who literally broke into the heart of time itself to save him from the Daleks.
In Rose's final story as a regular companion, she and her intergalactic bae have to save the Earth from both the Cybermen and the Daleks. They succeed, but at the cost of their relationship, and their poignant goodbye would've been even harder to watch had this fun sequence been kept in.
Nothing particularly special happens: it's just the two of them walking around, holding hands, and generally being adorable. The chemistry between Billie Piper and David Tennant is unreal, and the two come off as actual real-life besties.
This would've taken place right before Jackie tells them about "the ghosts", making this the last nice moment between the two before everything went completely wrong.
