Doctor Who: 20 Things You Didn't Know About Blink

Blink's iconic ending reveals that the Doctor knew exactly how to defeat the Angels without even being there.

Nice one, Doc.

The Angels surround the TARDIS as it dematerialises, leaving all four of them gazing into each other's eyes, permanently unable to move.

Or so we thought.

Fast-forward to 2021, and to the excellent Doctor Who game The Lonely Assassins.

Developed by Kaigan Games and published by Maze Theory, the game starts with the player finding an abandoned phone containing all sorts of links to the events of Blink. With the help of UNIT agent Petronella Osgood and Larry himself, the player must stop the Angels from Blink, which have somehow managed to break free.

How exactly? Well, that would be spoiling the game now, wouldn't it?
