1 Up & 5 Downs From AEW Dark (Jan 28)

Ups...

1. Cutler's Story Continues

Brandon Cutler
AEW

The one good thing to come out of this week's Dark came in that otherwise ineffective main event.

The Dark Order didn't lay a single finger on Brandon Cutler throughout this, with Sonny Kiss taking the whole match. That's smart. Evil Uno and Grayson have identified Cutler as a big target in their recruitment drive lately, with his losing habit between the ropes the driving factor. It makes sense as they traverse the country, scooping up every "loser" they can get their hands on, and not throwing down with Brandon keeps that simmering over nicely.

Really, though, that this gentle, gentle Up finished as the only thing on the positive side of this column should tell you all you need to know about this week's Dark.
