10 80s Wrestlers Who Would Be Awesome In Today's WWE

8. Rick Rude

Ravishing Rick Rude may seem, at first glance, to be a product of his time - but frankly, a lot of that is the down to the moustache.

The arrogant pretty boy who thinks he can have any woman he wants? Well, that's a character that works as well today as it did back in the 80s. Rude (who was anything but a womanizer in real life) would have worked just fine alongside the likes of Ziggler, Fandango, and others in the modern WWE, especially in previous years when female wrestlers were relegated to T&A eye candy (something that has only really turned around since the implementation of the PG rating).

While Rude passed away in 1999, there have been several similar gimmicks over the years that prove he would have fit right in today. Minus the moustache, of course.
