10 Absolute Best Moves In Wrestling Right Now

7. Dax Harwood's Slingshot Liger Bomb

This was a very close call because PAC's Liger bomb is absolutely incredible.

The speed with which he slams his opponent to the mat is almost literally unbelievable. It's like a light switch. It's one of the most crisp moves in all of wrestling. The immaculate mechanics of it are even more impressive when the angle of impact is scrutinised; PAC locates the precise part of the body just shy, millimetres, of the neck. The precision is supernatural.

It's pure pro wrestling genius because it looks and sounds so much more painful than so many plunders spots. The objective is to wind an opponent so that they can't physically kick out, and the near-fall always convinces as a result.

Dax Harwood's springboard version very narrowly edges it out. It's not quite as clean, but that suits his scrappy hard-nosed style perfectly, and there's a head canon in-character element to the use of the rope, too: "That's what it's for d*ckhead," Dax seems to convey, framing the rope as a weapon and not the launching point of an aerial attack.
