10 Absolute Worst Matches From The NJPW G1 Climax 2018

2. YOSHI-HASHI Vs. Bad Luck Fale (5 August)

Rating: DUD

Combine the Firing Squad's repetitive bullsh*t, YOSHI-HASHI's rank mediocrity, and Bad Luck Fale's poor tournament conditioning and you're left with this: a perfect insomnia cure.

Like Tonga vs. Goto, the action preceding the pantomime was turgid. Fale has slowed down noticeably since the opening day, resulting in some slow, ponderous action, rife with poor psychology (YOSHI-HASHI, damaged shoulder and all, repeatedly tried to lift the 344lber up). It stunk, and with too many words wasted on it here and in the original review. There were several low ebbs for the wretched Togan takeover storyline, but this was one of the most disparate.
