10 Absolute Worst Matches In The History Of WrestleMania

1. The Bushwhackers Vs. The Fabulous Rougeau Brothers - WrestleMania V

"Tag team action is so hot and heavy here in the World Wrestling Federation," boasted Gorilla Monsoon before the opening bell. He was hardly going to lie, but he could have at least saved his bluster for the later Brain Busters Vs. Strike Force match which, astonishingly, was allocated roughly the same amount of time.

Within the first few minutes of the match - any given Bushwhackers match, essentially - Messrs. Butch and Luke swung their arms around nonsensically. Their opponents were somehow moved to cower at the sight. Somehow, things degenerated from there. Butch simply threw himself to the mat at one point. It wasn't an impact spot delayed for comic effect - Butch simply lay down in order to allow Raymond Rougeau to apply a Boston Crab. "These guys are a little bit more clever than they want you to believe," Monsoon said. It wasn't his best night.

After minutes of a match, received with library silence in an era in which generating a reaction was a piece of p*ss, The Bushwhackers "hilariously" caught Raymond in their Battering Ram/double gutbuster combination after the Rougeaus celebrated prematurely.

The match stunk out the arena. They could hardly be blamed for wanting to take an early shower.
