Where: WrestleMania 31

Why You Shouldn't Watch: Sting's arrival at Survivor Series 2014 was sensational. The WCW favourite still had lots of lustre, and his complete annihilation of The Authority's evil plans smacked of timeless nWo battles of yesteryear. Then, WWE had to go and spoil things like they'd just watched Starrcade 1997.

The Stinger matched up against Triple H for WrestleMania 31, and most believed he'd roll past 'The Game' en route to a much-anticipated showdown with WWE gatekeeper The Undertaker. He didn't. Instead, Sting lost to Hunter, and bizarrely aligned with ex-nWo antagonists like Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall along the way.

If this was supposed to be a greatest hits collection, then nobody analysed Sting's WCW history properly. Sure, the actual match itself was solid, but it sucks to look back on what might've been for Stinger's WWE career. Creative dropped the ball almost immediately, and they don't get a pass for that.

Astounding decision-making.
