Yes, everyone remembers this theme, but that's not what this list is about - this list is about short-lived entrance themes, and this entrance theme just so happens to be both short-lived and memorable.
Seriously, this was the best entrance theme they could have composed for The Rock when he returned as a cocky movie-star heel in 2003. The low key, the slow tempo, the excessively-long build set to city lights at the beginning: all of it made for an expertly-crafted piece of entrance music.
It's a shame that we only had about four short months with this entrance theme, as Rocky's 2003 heel run only lasted from January to April. In that time, he went over Hulk Hogan and Stone Cold Steve Austin, but put over Goldberg and... The Hurricane.
Man, the Ruthless Aggression era was kind of weird in retrospect.
